Shipping costs
Our shipping costs are calculated on basis of the weight and the contents of the shipment.
For safety reasons, we always ship waterplants in a styrofoam box. If the environmental temperatures are quite low, a heatpack is also included.
Standard parcel
Shipping days: Monday till Friday
Packet delay: usually 1 - 3 work days

Please note that the parcel service is liable for a damageless shipment. Therefore, we do strongly recommend that you control the parcel for visible, external damages. Sadly, we can not accept later complaints.

Packet delay: usually 3 - 10 work days

| Surcharge for shipments including waterplants * | 3,90 EUR |
* This surcharge is calculated only once per order, regardless how many waterplants are ordered.
The allowed maximum weight per parcel is 31 kg.
If an order is heavier than 31 kg, the additional weight will be calculated according to our pricelist.
Example: If a shipment weighs 48 kg, 2 x 31 kg will be calculated (plus any surcharges).
