Here you'll find an overview of the various payment methods. When you place an order with us, you can choose your preferred payment method during checkout.
PayPal
In our online shop, you can also pay safely and easily with PayPal. Simply select PayPal as your payment method during checkout. Once you've completed your order, we'll redirect you to PayPal, where you can complete your payment. If you're already a PayPal user, simply log in and make your payment.
If you haven't used PayPal before, you can either pay as a guest or open a PayPal account and then pay.
PayPal payments reach us within just a few minutes. Your order will then be shipped right away.
Pay by invoice
Through our partner Nexi, in cooperation with Ratepay, we also offer payment by invoice. You transfer the payment to Ratepay's bank account within 14 days; you'll find the exact due date in the email Ratepay sends you about your order. Please make absolutely sure that you do not transfer the amount to Aquasabi's account.
Once you select payment by invoice, Ratepay carries out a risk assessment, which may involve obtaining credit reports from several credit agencies. If the risk assessment is negative, you can choose a different payment method. Please understand that Aquasabi has no influence whatsoever on Ratepay's risk assessment.
Aquasabi assigns its claim against the buyer to Ratepay, which is why you also make the payment directly to Ratepay.
For this reason, transferring the amount to Aquasabi's account can result in late payment, in which case you may have to cover any dunning fees incurred. Please be sure to let us know about the incorrect transfer so that we can refund your money.
At the same time, however, you should definitely make the payment to Ratepay so that no further dunning fees arise. You'll find Ratepay's payment information in the emails Ratepay sends you about the order.
If you return goods to us after the withdrawal period that have not yet been paid for and we accept them as a gesture of goodwill, you will still have to settle the dunning fees with Ratepay.
SEPA direct debit
You can also pay us by SEPA direct debit. This service is provided by our partner Nexi in cooperation with Ratepay. Aquasabi assigns its claim to Ratepay, and Ratepay collects the amount from your account.
Once you select SEPA direct debit, Ratepay carries out a risk assessment, which may involve obtaining credit reports from several credit agencies. If the risk assessment is negative, you can choose a different payment method. Please understand that Aquasabi has no influence whatsoever on Ratepay's risk assessment.
Credit card
As a further alternative, we also offer the option of paying by credit card. During checkout, we'll redirect you to our credit card service provider Nexi, where you can make your payment to us.
Your credit card will be charged once the payment has been completed. We ship orders paid by credit card right away.
For data protection reasons, we never store any credit card data in our online shop. Payment-relevant data is transmitted directly to the payment service provider via an encrypted connection.
Apple Pay
On Apple hardware, you can easily pay with Apple Pay in the Safari browser. This service is also provided by our partner Nexi.
The credit card stored in your Apple Pay will be charged once the payment has been completed. We also ship orders paid with Apple Pay right away.

Google Pay
You're welcome to pay with Google Pay. Here, too, our partner Nexi supports us.
Once the payment has been completed, the credit card stored in your Google Pay will be charged. We also ship orders you pay for with Google Pay right away.

Bank transfer
If you like, you can pay for your order by bank transfer. Simply use your usual online banking or your bank's classic paper transfer form.
After you've placed your order, we'll send you an email with our bank details and the payment reference to use. Please be sure to include the stated payment reference in your bank transfer, as this is extremely important for quick processing.
As soon as your bank transfer has been credited to our bank account, we'll ship your order right away. Depending on the bank, this can take up to two banking days.
Amazon Pay
With Amazon Pay, you can shop at Aquasabi safely and quickly using your existing Amazon account.
This uses the payment and address information you've stored with Amazon. During checkout, all you need to do is click the "Pay with Amazon" button in the cart or select Amazon Pay as your payment method. You then log in to your Amazon account via a secure connection and choose your preferred payment method and shipping address. The Aquasabi shop then takes over this data, and you only have to confirm the order at Aquasabi.
