The Aquarium Plant Set - 30 Liters - Colorful - Easy - No. 04 was specially put together for small, colorful aquariums. It contains a harmonious selection of six potted plants and moss balls. The set includes Lobelia cardinalis 'Mini', Bucephalandra sp. "Biblis", Cryptocoryne x willisii "lucens", Bacopa caroliniana, Ludwigia palustris "Super Red" as well as Aegagropila linnaei. The moss balls complete the set as a living, easy-care decoration and bring additional structure to the foreground.

This set is designed to let you set up an aquarium without needing much prior knowledge of aquarium keeping or plant care. The selected plants need only low light and no CO₂, and weekly fertilization is sufficient. All plants are robust and easy to care for, have no high demands on water parameters and forgive care mistakes.

Lobelia cardinalis 'Mini' is a compact, low-growing form of the well-known cardinal flower. Its small, roundish-oval leaves grow close together and form rich green rosettes. With a good nutrient supply, the lower parts of the leaves often show a slightly reddish shimmer.

Bucephalandra sp. "Biblis" is one of the small-leaved Bucephalandra species from Borneo. It forms firm, leathery leaves with slightly wavy edges and a characteristic metallic green sheen. New leaves often appear with a bronze shimmer. Thanks to its rhizome growth, it is easy to divide and propagate.

Cryptocoryne x willisii "lucens" is characterized by narrow, elongated leaves with slightly translucent tissue. Its color ranges from fresh light green to olive, depending on lighting and nutrient availability. This hybrid is considered one of the most stable Cryptocoryne forms and is known for its consistent, even leaf development.

Bacopa caroliniana originates from the southeastern USA and is one of the classic stem plants in the aquarium hobby. It has thick, fleshy, round leaves. Under stronger light they take on a bronze to reddish hue. Its sturdy shoots are well suited for vegetative propagation via top cuttings.

Ludwigia palustris "Super Red" stands out with its intense ruby-red leaves, which are strongly pigmented on both the upper and lower sides. The stems are finely branched, resulting in dense growth. Under high lighting it develops a particularly rich red that glows in contrast to green species.

The moss ball Aegagropila linnaei serves as a decorative addition that can be placed freely in the aquarium.
