Description
These stainless steel CO2 diffusers dissolve up to 98% of the CO2 running through them. Small CO2 bubbles are distributed in the tank and guarantee an optimal CO2 uptake by the water plants. The CO2 dissolves easily in the tank due to the large ratio of surface to volume of the ceramic membrane.
These CO2 diffusers come with a combined J-Pipe. Additionally, two transparent suction cups are included.

Usage
Recommended working pressure would be 1,5 bar.
It may take 24-48 hours till the CO2 diffusor produces a fine CO2 mist. The seal around the ceramic membrane needs to adjust to the new environment.
Alternatively it is possible to place the part of the diffusor with the membrane for 1-2 days into water. After watering the diffusor it should work properly. Please be advised that it is normal that a ceramic CO2 diffusor only produces fine mist from the whole membrane if you supply higher amounts of CO2. With less CO2 dosage only parts of the membrane produce fine CO2 bubbles.

Cleaning
When algae start forming on your diffusor or when larger and larger bubbles emerge from your ceramic diffusor it is time for cleaning. Stainless steel is easy to clean, however, it should be done diligently. After the cleaning process, your stainless steel products will be as good as new.
- You'll need a household bleach containing chlorine without perfumes. When working with chlorine bleach, please make sure you absolutely observe the manufacturer's safety notes.
- Pour some of the bleach into a container and mix with an equal amount of water. Mix so much of this solution that the glassware products you wish to clean are entirely covered
- Soak the Stainless steelware in the solution for 1 to 4 hours (depending on the severity of the stains)
- Take it out and rinse thoroughly
- Now all the stains ought to be gone, and your Stainless steell should shine as if new

Empfehlenswert!
Klasse Diffusor der echt nicht oft gereinigt werden muss. Edelstahl sei dank.
Makes really very fine bubbles. The ceramic can be removed for cleaning, or replaced if needed. It's available as a spare part. I run both without problems and stable at 1.6bar. (read more)

Sehr guter Diffusor
Macht wirklich sehr feine Blasen.
Die Keramik kann man zur Reinigung ausbauen, oder bei Bedarf wechseln. Es gibt sie als Ersatzteil.
Ich betreibe beide ohne Probleme und stabil mit 1,6bar.
Der Schlauchanschluss ist gerillt und es sind je zwei durchsichtige und geschlitzte Saugnäpfe dabei.
Der Diffusor ist zwar nicht ganz billig, aber er ist es absolut wert.
Würde ich sofort wieder kaufen.

Alle Erwartungen erfüllt
Ich verwende den Diffusor in einem Nano-Cube zusammen mit - ebenfalls hier gekauften - Hiwi-Druckminderer, Magnetventil und CO2 Schlauch und bin sehr zufrieden. Sieht sehr edel aus und verteilt das CO2 in feinen Bläschen im Cube. Geliefert wurde zügig, und die Ware war gut verpackt.
