Description
"Lamandau Mini Red" is an attractive, rather small Bucephalandra form, which, according to its trade name, originates from the Lamandau region in south-western Borneo. It is not yet determined to species. We have found that it cannot be distinguished from a plant traded as Bucephalandra sp. "Deep Purple". Our plants are not collected in the nature but propagated in nurseries and tissue culture. "Lamandau Mini Red" develops densely ramified rhizomes and has a low, bushy habit. The leaves are short stalked, elongate-obovate with wavy margin. They get about 3.5 cm long and 1 cm wide. Especially the young leaves show nice red-brown tones; older leaves are dark green. The plant regularly develops pretty inflorescences. As well as other Bucephalandras, "Lamandau Mini Red" is best placed on the hardscape (rock or driftwood) where it will attach itself by its roots. The growth is very slow. Medium light intensity, good CO2 and nutrient supply and water current contribute to a vital appearance of the plant. It is easily propagated by cuttings of the main and side shoots. It can also be fastened to the ground, but the rhizome should not be buried in order to prevent rotting of the rhizome.
Bucephalandra sp. "Mini Red" is a recommendable epiphyte for the hardscape that looks more beautiful with age and bigger size of the stand.

Trotz kaltem Wetter und langer Versandzeit durch Streiks bei DHL ist alles super angekommen. Vorbildlich verpackt in Styroporbox und Heatpack außerhalb der Box. Durch ein paar Löcher kam Wärme an die Pflanzen ohne sie zu überhitzen.

Wie immer begeistert!!!
Hab mehrere Artikel dazu bestellt. Kam alles in einem Karton und was machen die hier. Packen die Pflanze in einen extra Karton mit einem Aufkleber Pflanzen Umzug! Dazu kann ich nur sagen mehr liebe geht nicht. Die Pflanze selbst war absolut makellos und im top Zustand. Bin mega begeistert.
Nur eine Kleinigkeit dazu. Der Flyer den ihr immer mit hinein packt. Verstehe wenn ihr Werbung machen wollt. Nur fliegt der eh immer weg. Wobei aqua rebell echt super ist! Macht mal etwas überraschendes dazu. Ein klein Coupon bzw. Gutschein oder etwas anderes. Der würde zumindestens nicht jedes mal nur im Müll landen!
