Description

Floragard Floratorf is a classic, pure quality peat without any additives. This 100% pure and unfertilised white peat is ideal for soil improvement, as it loosens the soil and ensures good aeration. Its ability to retain water, nutrients, and soil warmth significantly promotes biological activity in the soil and stimulates humus formation. Additionally, Floratorf protects the soil from crusting, silting, and drying out, making it a versatile and valuable substrate for various applications.

In terrariums, Floragard Floratorf is a valuable substrate due to its low pH value and unfertilised composition, making it perfect for cultivating carnivorous plants. It also offers optimal conditions for plants that prefer acidic soils, such as blueberries and rhododendrons, when used for soil improvement in terrarium setups or terrascaping. Furthermore, Floratorf can be used as natural bedding for small animals like hamsters and rabbits, making it a versatile product in the field of terrarium keeping.

Floragard Floratorf is an excellent choice not only for plant enthusiasts but also for pet owners. Its natural properties and ability to improve soil structure in the long term make it an indispensable tool in hobby gardening and terrariums. Whether for overwintering flower bulbs and tubers or as bedding for pets, Floragard Floratorf meets the requirements of a high-quality, pure natural substrate.
