The Hiwi - Adapter W21,8 enables you to integrate reusable Sodastream CO2 bottles into your existing Hiwi pressure reducer system.
The adapter is designed for the Hiwi pressure reducer and is made of nickel-plated brass.
Features
- Suitable for mid sized and grand tanks
- The qualitiy made adaptor comes from the CO2 pros at Hiwi
- Bottle thread: W21,8 x 14G
- The thread is made according to UK, Europe, Japan and Taiwan standard (BS341 / DIN477 / W21.8)
- Separate replacement seal available
- The union nut must be tightened by hand! Tools must not be used at this point!

Screwed in hand-tight and 100% leak-proof, no comparison to the cheap alternatives, which cost me quite a few nerves. Would recommend without hesitation!

Handfest eingeschraubt und 100% dicht, kein vergleich zu den billigen alternativen, die schon einiges an Nerven gekostet haben. Ohne Bedenken weiter zu empfehlen!

Nur ne Schraube mit Gewinde?
Wie viele Andere vertraue ich bei CO₂ Zubehör, dann doch eher deutschen Produkten. Ich hatte noch einen älteren Dennerle 2000 Druckminderer, habe bei mir aber alles auf Sodastream Flaschen umgestellt. Dank des Adapters konnte ich den Druckminder super weiterverwenden.
Auch ich hatte mal ein Problem, dass die Anzeige nicht richtig funktionierte, ein kurzer Anruf bei Aquasabi, und ein leichtes Anziehen des Gewindes auf die Flasche, mit einem Engländer (Maulsschlüssel) - passte (toller Service).

besser als jeder Fernost-Adapter
Der HIWI-Adapter ist solide gefertigt und funktionierte auf Anhieb. Der PIN war korrekt eingestellt und beim Einschrauben der Flasche in den Druckminderer mit zuvor installiertem Adapter erfolgt nur ein ganz kurzes Zischen und danach ist alles dicht.
