The new DOOA CO₂ SYSTEM KIT complete set is a CO₂ fertilization system that is especially suited to small tanks such as the SYSTEM AQUA 30 and the SYSTEM TERRA 30. Today we would like to present the set and talk about how to set it up.

Easy-to-assemble complete CO₂ set for nano aquariums up to 60 cm edge length

Green plants, and of course green aquatic plants too, carry out photosynthesis. That is the only way they can grow. Light, water and carbon - usually in the form of CO₂ - are indispensable for this. In their natural habitats, aquatic plants usually have enough water, but light and CO₂ are not always available in sufficient amounts. When these factors are lacking, the plants can no longer grow well. In an aquarium, in such cases, the lighting is not sufficient and only an inadequate CO₂ supply takes place. For them to carry out enough photosynthesis, an additional CO₂ supply is therefore above all necessary. A CO₂ fertilization system is therefore very interesting for aquariums with aquatic plants. The DOOA CO₂ SYSTEM KIT is a CO₂ fertilization system designed especially for nano tanks such as the DOOA series SYSTEM AQUA 30 and SYSTEM TERRA 30 and for other aquariums up to 60 cm edge length. The CO₂ FOREST BOTTLE cartridge is replaceable and, among other things, also fits the CO₂ ADVANCED SYSTEM FOREST. The system is very easy to attach to the aquarium with the included CO₂ METAL HOOK. Included are the CO₂ COUNT DIFFUSER diffuser, the necessary tubing and all the other accessories you need to get started right away. With that, nothing stands in the way of an adequate CO₂ supply for your aquarium and healthy, beautifully growing plants.

Setting up the CO₂ SYSTEM KIT

Besides the tanks of the SYSTEM AQUA 30 and SYSTEM TERRA 30 series, the DOOA CO₂ SYSTEM KIT also fits glass aquariums with a glass thickness of 6 mm or less from the CUBE GARDEN series. The fertilization system is very easy to attach with the included CO₂ METAL HOOK. Please always use the CO₂ FOREST BOTTLE for replacement.

The CO₂ pressure reducer in its new design was attached to the aquarium with the CO₂ METAL HOOK.

Assembly is easy. The complete set includes a bubble counter/diffuser, the CO₂ COUNT DIFFUSER.

CO₂ METAL HOOK

The CO₂ METAL HOOK is included in the complete set. It is a retaining hook designed specifically for the DOOA CO₂ pressure reducer. For safety reasons, its unique structure holds rock-solid on the aquarium. For this reason, there are a few things to keep in mind when mounting and removing the CO₂ pressure reducer. Please watch the video for this.

Push the CO₂ METAL HOOK into the corresponding recess of the CO₂ pressure reducer with a twisting motion. To remove it, turn in the other direction. Below you will find a detailed instructional video.
