In addition to good water quality, you should also provide optimal water flow. Optimal filter functions support your plant groups in growing healthily.

Flow is important for an even distribution of nutrients
Install two outlets on both sides

Large aquariums often show uneven CO2 concentrations. One solution to this problem is to install two separate outlets on both sides of the aquarium. This creates a steady water flow that evens out the CO2 concentration within the tank
Splitting the CO2 supply with two outlets

You can achieve higher efficiency in the CO2 supply by using two separate ADA Pollen Glass units. This is especially advisable in large aquariums.
Through biological processes, a filter system ensures that the necessary water quality is maintained. Besides the clear water this produces and inhibited algae growth, the water is also kept in motion. This way, CO2 and nutrients reach all areas of the aquarium and benefit all plants. Too strong a current can also uproot plants, however. You should therefore take filter capacity and flow rate into account when creating plant groups.

ADA SUPERJETFILTER
The types of flow
Surface intake flow

The Lily Pipe, an accessory of the Super Jet Filter, moderates the water outflow and thus promotes the growth of stem plants.
Gentle rotating flow

The Lily Pipe Spin creates a circular water flow and thus reduces the strength of the current. It is especially suitable for small aquariums.
Straight flow

Thanks to the simple design of the Lily Pipe Mini, it is especially suited for use with an external filter with a low flow rate and thus for small aquariums.
Very gentle flow

The Metal Jet Pipe creates a very slow water flow and very gentle movement. This makes it excellent for aquariums with fish that live in slow currents in the wild, such as bettas.
