Unfortunately the witch nuts don't show off as well as I'd hoped, and my shrimp unfortunately don't take to them the way I thought they would.

I had ordered witch nuts for my nano from another seller; those did still come with the nuts, but I figure tank inhabitants can't do anything with those anyway.

Werde sicherlich wieder welche bestellen.
So, I've now boiled the witch nuts and put them in. They look great and were immediately inspected by the shrimp.
Great eye-catcher - something different.

Top - toller Blickfang
Toller Blickfang - mal was anderes.
After removing the fruits from the witch nuts I put them in my aquarium. The next day all my shrimp were dead. Around 400 of them lay dead on the bottom.
