Cryptocoryne wendtii 'Flamingo'. is identical to 'Pink Panther' by ADA. It features extraordinary pink tones and apparently resembles Cryptocoryne wendtii 'Flamingo'.
Cryptocoryne wendtii 'Flamingo' ('Pink Panther') is best placed in the midground to foreground. Good lighting and a nutrient-rich bottom are recommendable.
Cryptocoryne wendtii 'Flamingo' arose in cultivation; the wild form of the species comes from central to north-western Sri Lanka, where it grows in and along streams and rivers.1 The chlorophyll-poor cultivar is regarded as a mutation from a stock of C. wendtii.3 Its leaf blades are blistered and bright reddish brown;1 other accounts describe light to dark pink leaves that only appear when submersed.2
It grows slowly and is considered somewhat more demanding than the ordinary form.3 It only shows its typical colour under strong light; in weak light, brownish or flesh-coloured leaves with green veins have been observed. (read more)

Schönheit für den Vordergrund
Sie kam in etwas mitgenommenem Zustand,wurde alles entfernt, Wurzeln beschnitten und in 2 Teilen eingesetzt. Haben sich sofort gestreckt,nach 1 Woche schieben sie rosane neue Blätter! Scheinen sehr vital,klasse!

Zustand der Pflanze: Rein und gesund
Der Inhalt des Bechers war makellos sauber und frei von jeglichen Schädlingen oder Algen. Die kleinen Pflänzchen waren, wie es sich für In Vitro gehört, winzig, aber in einem vitalen, kräftigen Zustand. Der Nährboden war klar und die Pflanzen ließen sich gut entnehmen und spülen. Die Cryptocoryne wendtii Flamingo (Pink Panther) ist eine Sensation für jedes Aquarium.
Ich kann diese Pflanze und den Händler Aquasabi uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Qualität zahlt sich hier aus!
