Description
The EHEIM pre-filter is an extra pre-filter which extracts especially coarse dirt before the water gets into the actual aquarium filter. This is fixed instead of the intake pipe. The aquarium water is sucked in extensively over the dirt trap, which is equipped with filter material. This can easily be cleaned and replaced. For cleaning, the strainer is only removed. For this, the use of a tweezers is recommended.

Super Vorfilter!
Noticeably reduces the maintenance time of the main filter. I run this pre-filter on an Aquael Ultramax 1500 external filter. Just plug it on, done. (read more)

Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.
Mindert die Wartungzeiten des Hauptfilters spürbar.
Betreibe diesen Vorfilter an einen Außenfilter Aquael Ultramax 1500.
Einfach anstecken, fertig.
Well made, helps the external filter clog less and, as a result, the filter needs cleaning less often. I recommend it for use with an external filter. Very satisfied.
