Description
The ISTA Mini Glass Skimmer is an effectiv and elegant surface skimmer for fresh water and marine aquariums.
The Skimmer reliably removes surface scum which, therefore, promotes light exchange through the water surface. This also benefits the photosynthesis rate of the aquatic plants cultivated in the tank.
Due to its compact size, the Mini Glass Skimmer fits very well into smaller tanks.
The manufacturer recommends securing the connection point with a cable tie or similar.
Features
- PC plastic (polycarbonate) self-floating inlet automatically adjusts to water level
- Includes two transparent suction cups
- Suitable for hose size 12/16 mm
- Adjustable inlet water flowrate
Note
It is not recommended to clean the PC plastic parts with chlorine!

Its not the most well-manufactured item (the Aqua rebel ones are almost perfect in this regard), but in this size range its a winner. (read more)
I've been using this skimmer for almost a year in a 60 liter tank and so far it hasn't given me any problems. The surface is reliably skimmed and is therefore always clear. (read more)

Macht was er soll
hi,
I was skeptical at first whether it would fit my ADA60F, but I'm thrilled..... it's really awesome........ does its job perfectly
