JBL - CO2 Plant Care for Your Aquarium

For supplying your planted aquarium with carbon, the manufacturer JBL offers you numerous options with its ProFlora product range. In addition to complete refillable systems, CO₂ systems with disposable cylinders and various bio CO₂ systems are also available. A bio CO₂ system is a good solution especially for small nano aquariums, beginners and budget-conscious aquarists. The principle behind it is controlled carbon dioxide production through yeast fermentation. The ingredients can be replaced easily.
The complete systems based on a pressurized gas cylinder meet more professional requirements and supply the aquarium with carbon dioxide much more consistently and abundantly. For these, JBL offers various accessories, such as the ProFlora pH Control for regulating the pH via the CO₂ supply. Various products are available for injecting the gas, such as the popular JBL Taifun Flipper, but also glass diffusers and – with the ProFlora Direct – an inline system that is installed almost invisibly as a reactor in the hose line of the aquarium's external filter.
