Description

The Aquarium Plant Set - 60 Liters - Green - Medium - No. 03 offers a harmonious selection of easy-care species for a balanced, natural-looking layout. The set includes Lilaeopsis brasiliensis, Helanthium bolivianum "quadricostatus", Bucephalandra sp. "Theia Green", Staurogyne repens, Rotala rotundifolia, Alternanthera reineckii 'Mini' as well as Aegagropila linnaei. The moss balls complete the set as a living decoration and contribute to a natural, easy-care appearance.

This set is aimed at hobbyists who already have some experience in aquarium keeping. The selected plants require medium lighting, CO₂ levels of 20 to 30 mg/l and fertilization 2-3x/week. The plants benefit from a regular nutrient supply and stable water parameters.

Lilaeopsis brasiliensis forms dense, grass-like carpets in the foreground. With sufficient lighting it develops rich green leaves and creates a neat, lawn-like look. It is considered robust and also forgives minor care mistakes.

Helanthium bolivianum "quadricostatus" is a fast-growing, light green carpeting plant that spreads quickly via runners. It grows particularly well in medium light with an even CO₂ and nutrient supply. Ideal for creating a lush plant lawn in the foreground.

Bucephalandra sp. "Theia Green" is a small-growing epiphyte with dark green, slightly shimmering leaves. It prefers low to medium light and grows slowly. It develops best when attached to stones or roots.

Staurogyne repens grows as a compact, light green bush in the midground. With regular trimming it forms dense cushions and is ideally suited for designing transitions between the foreground and midground. Its sturdy shoots give the layout structure and stability.

Rotala rotundifolia is a proven, fast-growing stem plant with narrow, delicately colored leaves. Depending on the light intensity it shows green to reddish hues and creates lively contrasts in the background.

Alternanthera reineckii 'Mini' brings warm color accents to the layout with its reddish-green leaves and compact growth. It prefers medium lighting and benefits from added CO₂ and a nutrient-rich substrate. With its fine shoots the plant forms a striking eye-catcher in the background.

The moss ball Aegagropila linnaei serves as a decorative addition that can be placed freely in the aquarium. The result is a natural, easy-care layout with vibrant green and harmonious growth.
