Description
'Ipica' is a medium-sized swordplant cultivar, getting about 30-40 cm tall in its underwater form. Its broadly lanceolate submerged foliage shows intensely red tones and a striking spot pattern, especially on the younger leaves.
Although it has only little demands, Echinodorus 'Ipica' grows best with macro- and micronutrient supply via the substrate. Good lighting enhances beautiful coloration. The water parameters are of minor importance, however CO2 supply is very beneficial for its growth.
Echinodorus 'Ipica' is best placed in the midground to background as a solitary plant.

submers sieht die Pflanze völlig anders aus. Ich nutze C02 und Dünger. Die neuen Blätter sind sofort 20 cm lang mit 10 cm Stiel und länglich oval, sichtbar durchzogen mit den Adern in Netzstruktur. Schnell wachsend 2 Blätter/je Woche, gelbgrün mit leicht rötlichen Strukturen.
Empfehlenswert.
